The Healthy Musician Project provides evidence-based health & wellness initiatives to help musicians prevent injury and enhance performance. MuseMoves introduces instrument-group specific movement routines created by Physical Therapists at the Eastman School of Music. Our team is currently co-authoring an eBook covering several domains of health, with content custom tailored to musicians:  1) Hearing Health, 2) Neuromusculoskeletal health, 3) Mental Health, 4) Vocal Health, 5) Nutrition and Diet.  While our eBook is still being finalized, you can read many abbreviated sections/articles over at our blog.
